  • Royal Mail Recorded 1st and 2nd Class If you have an important item to deliver, the Recorded Signed For™ service gives you complete peace of mind with proof of posting and an electronic copy of the signature available online.
  • Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Take advantage of Special Delivery™ Next Day for guaranteed delivery of your urgent or valuable products before 1.00pm the next working day to 99% of the UK.
  • Collect in Person Option If you live local to Gloucestershire and wish to save on postage charges, you may opt to collect your order in person. Please select 'Collect in Person' from the delivery options. Collection is by prior arrangement only and when this delivery option is selected, we will call or email to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your purchase from 1 The Old Wesley Chapel, Wesley Road, Whitecroft, Gloucestershire, GL15 4RE. This can usually take place the same day.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) Monday-Friday will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) will usually be dispatched the next day. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges which will be presented separately and calculated at time of checkout. We currently deliver worldwide, however delivery dates may very for locations out-with the UK and local import duties may be payable on receipt. In the event that you require delivery to an address out-with the UK, we will advise you of an approximate delivery date. See our terms and conditions for further details.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the items you have ordered, we will happily offer an exchange or refund (other than in respect of goods made to your specification or clearly personalised) provided the garments are received by Charlotte Keating ENGLAND unworn and in a re-saleable condition with all tags within 14 days of receipt (7 days for sale items).
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for all return postage charges. We will pay for standard delivery on your first exchange but subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate.
On returning discounted goods / sets, your discount will no longer be applicable and you will receive the difference between the offer price and the total cost.

If you wish to return goods to us, please complete the returns form accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned goods, unworn and unwashed with all labels intact to:

within 14 days of delivery of your goods. No goods shall be returned to Charlotte Keating ENGLAND unless they are in no less condition that when Charlotte Keating ENGLAND delivered them.

For the your protection, we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting, which will enable us to action your refund or replacement should the returned goods be lost or delayed in the post. Goods returned to Charlotte Keating ENGLAND are returned at the purchaser’s risk.

We will contact you as soon as we receive the goods and arrange a full refund. Please allow at least 20 working days for receipt of refund.

In cases where the rejection or cancellation is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you will not be responsible for the return delivery charge. When the return arrives back at our premises it will be assessed and should we conclude that the products are faulty or that there was a discrepancy in the order, the return delivery charge will be credited back to you.
