Payment Plans

Buying beautiful art should be a pleasure and waking up to it each day can truly enhance your well being and ambience of your home.

So to make owning art as affordable as possible, I have the pleasure of offering you the option of an interest free payment plan to reserve your chosen artwork and pay in instalments within a 9 month period. Once the balance has been paid in full, your Artwork can be delivered, collected or shipped to your destination.

In the first instance, you should contact me, Charlotte Keating, directly via the contact form or by email with the painting name or product webpage link requesting to set up a payment plan for the chosen artwork over a specified time period.

You should provide your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email, Instalment time frame preference and the Name of the Artwork.

If agreed, you will be invoiced for a 25% Deposit to be paid immediately to reserve the Artwork and take it off the market. The Artwork will then show as SOLD on the website and you will be issued with a Direct Sales Contract detailing a payment plan.

The contract is binding but I appreciate your financial circumstances may change and therefore I’d like to draw your attention to these terms

  • you may pay the balance in full at any point to receive the artwork sooner than the payment plan sets out
  • you can request to renegotiate the instalment plan to pay over a longer period of up to a maximum of 9 months from the start of the contract
  • if after making one or more payments you wish to cancel your purchase and make no further payments, you must notify Charlotte Keating immediately stating your intent to do so. You will forfeit the initial 25% deposit but will receive a refund for any payments made. The artwork can then be offered back on the open market and you will have no further claim to securing the artwork
  • If no payment or communication from you has been received for 60 consecutive days, you will be in default of the contact and the payment plan will be terminated. The reserved artwork will go back on the market, and you will forfeit whatever payments have already been made and no refunds will be given.

Payments will be accepted by bank transfer without incurring any extra fees. If you wish to pay through the website or Paypal, your payment plan will include relevant transaction fees.
