Under my married name of Sparks, I offer Art Marketing & Promotion to small creative businesses looking to promote their event or business to regional press/media and increase their online visibility through digital & social media marketing. Price Guide

£25     Hourly Charge for client specified creative writing tasks or marketing campaign schedule

£25 p.h Monthly freelance marketing retainer based on your needs or event - may involve a combination of social media promotion, newsletter compilation / editing, press releases, flyer design, social media graphic design, brand graphics and other promotional advertising. Simply put, you can employ me for a certain amount each month to oversee your PR needs in the time allocated. I only take on a few of these per month so best to book in advance. It's a good way of getting the most from your budget accordingly to a varied programme of events or promotional needs.

£125     Basic Press Release using information provided by client
Includes editing of 3 photos where necessary for press submission        

£240  Written Press Release & Human Interest Story necessitating interview or visit & research in addition to digital information provided by client. Provided as a written document for use by client as a blog post, website, social media content and for submission to magazine and press/media.

£75     Audio or Zoom Interview with recording and transcript/closed captions for client use. Includes basic research on person or topic with generation of interview questions. Perfect if you are showcasing a new venture or an artist and require an artist bio or essay to promote them.

£55     Distribution of written press release to local and regional press /media on behalf of client covering Gloucestershire, Gloucester, Forest of Dean, Cotswolds, Cheltenham, Bristol and Monmouthshire online and printed publications plus BBC Radio Gloucester/Bristol & Heart Radio. Alternatively choose a limited selection at hourly rate to suit client budget example: local Forest of Dean Press and reporters for £25

£150    List of Contacts for local and regional press /media covering Gloucestershire, Gloucester, Forest of Dean, Cotswolds, Cheltenham, Bristol and Monmouthshire online and printed publications plus BBC Radio Gloucester/Bristol & Heart Radio. Supplied as an Excel document                                                           

£25 p.h Social Media Campaign. Content Creation and Schedule for client implementation. Cost dependent on project, length of campaign or client budget

£25 p.h  Social Media Campaign Scheduling using Meta Business Suite. Cost dependent on project, length of campaign or client budget         

£25 p.h Graphic Design for creative projects including imagery & info graphics for digital use or flyer/postcard creation for print. Prices upon request.

£45  Demystifying Instagram personalised instagram tutorial and Q&A. Clarifying how to use Instagram as your online gallery and marketing tool by choosing the best imagery, branding, captions and hashtags to create a beautifully cohesive account to increase visibility, growth and sales of your creative or photo based business. Q&A session to tailor advice to client. 2hrs with optional time at £25 p.h
