Soul Bird Hand carved from a single piece of Ash by Olden Daisy
Husband and wife team, Scott and Julie, are based in Garway, Herefordshire. Scott creates unique, tactile pieces from locally sourced green wood, including carved chopping boards, platters, spoons, spreading knives, bowls and their much loved feathery ‘soul birds', each carved from a single piece of carefully chosen wood. Julie makes cosy ‘cro-shades - distinctive lampshades crocheted using paper or floristry wire. Together, they create thoughtful, characterful designs that celebrate natural materials, traditional skills and a little everyday quirkiness.
